We got back from Hawaii last week and we had a great time! I just wanted to thank you for all of your help. The Old Lahaina Luau was perfect! It exceeded our expectations and was just a wonderful experience. We also booked the sunset cruise through you. I believe the company was Blue Dolphin and we sailed the Napali Coast. This was just breath-taking! The Napali Coast is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life and on the way we saw lots of whales and dolphins. I would recommend both excursions to anyone! Karen, thanks again for all of your help!


Back from my trip to Maui and had to let you know how much my sister, brother-in-law and I enjoyed our trip to the Kaluapapa settlement. We made the trip on December 27th, taking the ferry from Maui. We chose to hike both ways, and I highly receommend that option--spectacular views!

Given the history of the settlement, the day was of course a memorable one. However, it was made even more so by our guide, Steve. Although his last name escapes me now, Steve is a captain in the Molokai Fire Dept--I'm hoping that's enough for you to identify him and relay our thanks to him. He was truly a great companion for the day--friendly, knowlegable, and very accomodating. We had looked forward to our visit to Molokai for some time, and it turned out to be the clear highlight of our week in Hawaii.

Thanks to you for all your assistance in making the arrangements, Karen, and please pass on our heartfelt thanks to Steve---we heartily recommend him as a guide!

We are back from our trip and I wanted to tell you that the tours you set up for us were really great. The helicopter flight on Kauai with Island Helicopters was really fantastic and the bicycle trip down Haleakala with Maui Mountain Cruisers was really great (the two tour guides we had for that were great individuals who really made the adventure very worthwhile). Everything worked perfectly.
We really had a swell time and I do thank you for all you did to set up the tours for us!

Due to severe fog in Reno, Nevada, my flight to Honolulu kept being canceled and changed, actually I wasn't even sure I was going to make it to the island.

Every time I had to email you with my flight changes you happily and efficiently rescheduled the events you a had booked for us.

When I finally did arrive in Honolulu, I found out on Tuesday that we would have to reschedule our Wednesday night luau due to a change in my husband's business schedule. I phoned and you answered, when I told you my name you said "Yes, hello Karen, did you finally make it out of Reno?" It was wonderful that you remembered me and to know that you really take your job seriously! And yes, AGAIN you were able to alter our itinerary.

Hello – I wanted to pass on our recommendation on the services of one of your employees, Michael Lipman at the Parkshore Waikiki – he helped me book several tours during our recent trip to Waikiki – a snorkeling trip to Hanauma Bay, tour of the Arizona and the Mo, and a wonderful circle tour of the Island (with Hidden Hawaii Tours) as well as the Paradise Cove Luau – all of Michael’s recommendations were right on the money and with his help we were able to maximize our short time in Oahu and see what we wanted to see – he was very very helpful and I just wanted you to know about one of the great people you have working for you – Margaret Brady

I just wanted to thank you for all your help in planning our trip this summer to Maui. We had a great time! Sugar Beach Resort was absolutely beautiful and the beach was great. We stayed in room 421 which had a great view and it was very, very nice. We were very pleased with everything. My husband and I are going to recommend you to our friends. We went to the Luau, went parasailing which was awesome, and went snorkeling. We saw dolphins while we were on our way back from snorkeling. We went snorkeling at Molokini and Turtle Town. We were not expeciting to see the dolphins but we did, that made our daughter's day. She had wanted to see dolphins and she got to after all. It was all great! We were not able to make the sunset dinner cruise due to the big brush fire they had that day but that was alright with us, we had the snorkeling the next day. Our vacation was great! Our kids really enjoyed it! The people at Sugar Beach were so friendly. My husband and I have talked about staying there next time we go back to Maui which will not be for a few more years though. We will be in touch with you in the future for our traveling plans. We really appreciate all you did. We had a great time!!!

I have just returned from a very memorable holiday from Hawaii. I was there to celebrate my 10th Wedding Anniversary and the plan had to be perfectly executed. I am pleased to say that the trip went without the slightest hiccup. I must attribute the success of my trip to one of your very capable employees, Karen Danaher.

A few days before my trip, I had yet to finalize my itinerary at Maui. She had given all the assistance that I required. We just wanted to send a special thank you for all of your help in make our Maui trip so memorable. The activities that we booked ahead of time through you, were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkel cruise to Honoloa Bay on Kapalua Kai. The crew were so helpful and attentive. The snorkel site was so much better that Molokini. The actual sail home was awesome. We would definitely return for this adventure, and only on the Kapalua Kai. The sunset cocktail cruise aboard the Manute'a (Pac Whale) was quite a memory filled adventure. No only did we have a pleasant crew, good food and music, a great sunset, we also were treated to sighting bottle nose and also spinner dolphins cruising along with us. This was a treat we didn't expect, but were as excited by it as small children. Once again , thank you for your help in our planning. We will definitely contact you when we make our plans for our next trip to Maui.

Recently my friends and I planned a vacation to Hawaii through your company, at which we were blessed with the services of one of your employee's. Dear Fran:

My family just returned from a great vacation in Maui. We stayed at the Kamaole Sands in Kihei which we were delighted to discover had an Activity World desk by the pool. During our stay, we must have posed a hundred questions to George, the Activity World rep. No matter what time of day, he always greeted us with a smile, answered our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and made fabulous suggestions. The advice and directions he provided were invaluable and the snorkeling trip he booked for us was a fantastic experience for the whole family. We relied on him for guidance in choosing restaurants, beaches, and day excursions and he always steered us to the perfect places. Mostly, however, he amazed us with his ability to make every customer feel as if they had his undivided attention.

Today it seems that most customers only speak up when they have something to complain about. Too often, good service is taken for granted and goes unrecognized. But, we wanted you to know how much we appreciated George's friendly and knowledgeable assistance because he really made our trip to Hawaii special.

We couldn't let the year end without expressing our thanks to you for your help in planning the most memorable anniversary vacation we've ever known. Every detail was simply perfect. Your recommendations and suggestions were never a disappointment. We enjoyed every excursion. Both the paradise Cove Luau and Feast at Lele, and the wonderful people who welcomed us and who insisted that we "hang Loose." Our room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was beautiful. We watched every sunset possible from our hotel balcony. I hope you remember us; we live in Metairie Louisiana, a metropolitan area of New Orleans.

One tour in particular, the E Noa Royal Circle Isle, was very special to us because the driver, Tommy Chong, who referred to himself as "Rocky." He was so personable and friendly. He shared family stories and displayed much love and affection for his wife, children and grandparents. He told us how Spam was introduced to the Islands and mentioned that if you wanted to make a Hawaiian happy, give him Spam. We'd like to make "Rocky" happy; we're sending him a case of Spam.

We will always be grateful to you for taking the time and patience to make our 40th wedding anniversary like a second honeymoon. Again, Mahalo, and our warmest Alohas until we meet again!

Thank you for all your help in helping us have the best vacation ever! I don't think we'll ever be able to top this, but since it was our 25th anniversary--we probably won't have to. The Royal Lahaina Luau was incredible, the food and entertainment was really great. To make it even better-- they even asked who was celebrating honeymoon..anniversary! Highly recommend this event to anyone. The head of food even came around and asked at every table how everything was, I was very impressed!

I'm writing to thank and commend M.K. for her exceptional service on behalf of my family and me.. We arrived in Maui at Christmastime with no advance planning, a mistake that jeopardized the success of the once- in- a- life- time- trip for our semi-paralyzed father. Fortunately, M.K. came to the rescue, working her contacts and staying late on a Friday night , when she clearly had plans for her own birthday celebration, to try to get us booked for the activities we came to Maui to do. She not only put in the time, but was patient with us while we debated the various logistics and also very helpful in determining what would be the most likely snorkeling excursion to accommodate my father's handicap. The result: we booked several activities ( to the tune of several hundred dollars for your firm,) but more importantly, an 82 year old man had the chance to be brave despite his handicap, got in the waters of Molokini Crater, and was able, once in, to move freely and as easily as anyone else for the first time in the 7 years since his paralysis. For that opportunity - as well as the luau etc. we are deeply grateful. Since returning, I have recommended activity world in general and M.K. in Maui specifically to anyone entertaining the idea of Hawaiian travel. She gave us great service - she is obviously a pro- but in enabling my father that opportunity, she also gave us a little miracle. One which we are very grateful for.
